Deep Water Aquafit
This is a fun and challenging water aerobics workout that helps improve your strength, as well as balance, agility, coordination, and endurance!
A total body workout, including a great abdominal series. No skills are needed, as your exercise belt will support you so that you can keep your head comfortably out of the water. This class is great for those who are recovering from injuries or who want a low impact/med-high intensity workout!
