Summer Camp FAQ

Day Camp Ages 4-10

Join our wonderful staff for weekly activities including arts and crafts, sports and games, friends, field trips, swim, water slides, dance, teambuilding, nature hikes, and a whole summer of fun!

A link to our electronic health record system, CampDoc, will be sent prior to the beginning of camp.

Camp Details

REGISTRATION OPENS 2/1/26 for residents; 2/15/26 for non-residents.

Ages: 4-10 (boys & girls)
Where: Community Activity Center, 4600 California Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127
Time: Monday– Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
FREE extended hours: 7:30 am – 9:00 am & 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Mondays and Fridays - campers will be bused to the Orchard Park Middle School for swimming and to enjoy Green Lake/Yates Park.

Teal Group Requirements! Please read!

Teal	Ages 4-5 (MUST be entering Kindergarten in the Fall)
Lime	Ages 5-7
Blue	Ages 5-6
Copper	Ages 5-6
Purple	Ages 6-7
Red	Ages 7-8
Orange	Ages 7-8
Yellow	Ages 8-9
Green	Ages 9-10

Week 2 - 7/6-7/10 - Camp Comic-Con! - Strong Museum, Beaver Island State Park
Week 3 - 7/13-7/17 - Camp Hollywood! - Evangola State Park, Hamburg Palace Theater
Week 4 - 7/20-7/24 - Dragons, Wizards and Knights, Oh, My! - Village Play, 5 Wits, Tifft Nature Preserve
Week 5 - 7/27-7/31 - Wild & Wacky! - Griffis Sculpture Park, OP Library, Broadway Driving Range and Mini Golf
Week 6 - 8/3-8/7 - Happily Ever After! - Chestnut Ridge, Hawk Creek
Week 7 - 8/10-8/14 - Mad Science! - Buffalo Science Museum, Reinstein Woods
Week 8 - 8/17-8/21 - Sports Galore! - Hamburg Village Pool, Beaver Meadow

Cost:

$395/week before May 1st; $415/week as of May 1st
There is an additional $11.00 registration fee per week for non-residents.

**All Field trips subject to change based on availability and safety.**
