You can register by stopping in the office, over the phone or on our website - online registration!
All programs are discounted online, unless otherwise noted. All registration is on a first come, first serve basis. If a program is full please contact us to be added to the wait list. If possible, we will add staff or another time. Wait lists will only be contacted if space becomes available.
Full refunds will be made for cancelled programs. Programs may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met. *Note: Online convenience fees applied by Active.net cannot be refunded.
Should an individual be unable to complete a session due to medical reasons, a prorated refund will be issued upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
If a participant chooses to withdraw from a program, we can only issue a credit to your account at the Recreation Department. OPREC credits may be applied toward future programs.
All Programs- Once a participant is registered, if something comes up and a person cannot attend, we will credit the prorated amount of the program to their account at the Recreation Department to use towards a future program. If there is a wait list for that program and another individual is able to take the now available spot, we will be able to refund via check. For further information please call us at 662-6450.
For weather related program closings, Orchard Park Recreation adheres to the Orchard Park Central School District closings for day time programs.
