Calling all level 4-5/6 swimmers!

This program is for those who are thinking about joining a swim team in the future.

We will focus on swimming lengths, diving off the starting blocks, flip turns and stroke fineness. Get a taste for a what a swim team would be like without the full commitment.

Ages 7+ (must be level 4-5/6 swimming ability)

OP High School Pool (enter freeman entrance)

Tues 6:15-7:15 Fri 4-5pm
