Day Camp School Year for 2020-2021

If your child has an alternating school schedule we have you covered for the days they are not attending in person classes!  Our incredibly talented, trained and CPR/AED and First Aid certified staff will have new and exciting adventures planned to keep them moving and engaged each day.

Due to staffing and social distancing procedures we will have limited availability for this program.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN TO RESIDENTS AND NON RESIDENTS!

• To register please email [email protected]  or call us at 662-6450 with the days you need child care for.  Ie. Mondays only, Monday and Wednesdays, or they have an alternating schedule where we will need M/W one week, then T/TH the next etc.
• The cost is $50 per day residents/ $61 non residents
• Based on the number of days you need we will generate a total cost for the fall session then break that amount into a monthly payment plan that works for you and your family.
• Once you are registered for the fall you will lock in your spot for this program for the Winter and Spring session as well.
• This program is open for grades K-6
• Children can be dropped off at the Community Activity Center at 8:30 am and must be picked up by 3:45 pm.  If you need extended care you can also register for our after school program which runs 3:30- 6:30 pm.
• Please note kids will have time for school work while in the program (about a hr. each day) however they will NOT have the ability to stream classes live nor complete any online assignments.  No internet access will be available.

COVID Protocol will be followed

 Temperatures will be taken at drop-off. 

Anyone with a temperature over 99 will not be allowed to stay.

Please do not send your child if displaying any of the following symptoms:

• Sneezing/runny nose
• Coughing
• Nausea
• Any cold/flu symptoms

If you child develops symptoms/fever during the camp day, they must be picked up within 20 minutes after being contacted.

If your child can’t attend Day Camp due to being sick, we will place a credit on your account here at the Recreation Department to use towards a future program for the cost of the missed day(s).

 Masks will be required to be worn while transitioning inside the community center and classroom.  What that looks like is when we are in the halls, getting things from our cubbies, using the restrooms we will all be wearing masks.  When we are outside, in the gym and spread out, or seated at our designated chairs inside a classroom working on a lesson or project, masks will not be worn by participants, staff will always have their masks on.
