Water Exercise for the Mind and Body

This is a great way to increase your muscle tone and flexibility, while meeting new friends and relieving stress!

No swimming ability is required for this class as you may choose to remain in shallow water the entire time. This class is great for those who are recovering from injuries or who want a low impact/low-to-moderate  intensity workout!

 

 

Spring Session

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4/5 – 5/26 (Except 5/5, 5/10, 5/12)

  • Ages: 16 and up

  • Location: OP Middle School Pool

  • Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

  • Cost: $55.25
